Bathrooms are BAD!. The washrooms needs an complete overhaul beginning with replacing the seats. I wouldn't even use them. The toilet paper dispensers were empty and there were no paper towels. If the washrooms look like this, what care is being put into the kitchen for cleanliness?

My husband picked up chicken strips and burger the fries were in eatable greasy. Chicken fingers tasted like cooked 2 times tough dried out will not return I called them said I could have free fries wow that's it. Didn't get s code for silly bar I guess they do not want you to fill out the survey.

Fries were not completely cooked, and also the chicken strips have gotten extremely smaller. Also had to go back in a second time because my drink was completely watered down. Shouldn’t they be checking the machines regularly???!

Owner was incredibly rude about a large group order with which there were several orders, including 1) Being over 30 minutes late on the order 2) Preparing 1/3 the amount of food ordered, then when they were questioned on this, preparing the remaining food and surprising us with a $300 bill for it 3) Putting condiments on all the burgers when asked not to 4) Claiming sauce was not included when it had been on the original order. A shockingly negative experience that has resulted in me boycotting this particular location forever. Really not community-minded at all and incredibly greedy and rude.

This place has gone downhill and won’t go here ever again. They used to give pup cups for free now they are $1.50 each. The portion sizes are smaller but yet the prices continue to go up.Will go to another location, they even messed up a birthday cake for my son recently…super disappointed.

Ordered the 6 piece chicken strip basket and I received 6 overcooked and dry tiny “strips” more like nugget size, and the smallest serving of fries, I feel like maybe half a small size fries was served with my meal, there was so much empty space in the box. They should not charge full price for these baskets if they’re intentionally giving you half or less of what is advertised. Pictured is what I saw upon opening the box, a bit pitiful. Also it was clearly not fresh, everything tastes like it was left out for an hour

Horrible service. !!! Went there twice for ice cream treats for the family and the same 3 guys were working both times. Will definitely not go back to that location !!!
