Cooleez Ice Cream Parlour

After reading such rave reviews, we really wanted to come here for a while and it didn’t disappoint. Each flavour were just knockout, loved it too much. Kinda want to try every single flavour. Don’t miss out if you are on the area, service is also super quick with fair prices.

There were only four people in line and we waited over 45 minutes for icecream which is ridiculous. They need to have more than one person working here she works as fast as a sloth with poor customer service. Just buy ice cream anywhere else and then just sit by the river. Way faster and cheaper!

One of the best spot in Windsor to have awesome icecream. Any kind of specialty menu are amazing. We order banana split,Turtle sundae, parfait. They were all good. I would recommend to share instead of eating all alone lol. They are quite heavy. Lemon gelato are also tasty. Would definitely recommend to visit this spot and have icecream looking at the riverside.

Best ice cream parlour around!! Great flavours and even better service, the owner is one of the sweetest ladies ever! We love getting ice cream and taking a walk by the river, our family has been coming here for years.

The best ice cream I have ever had! I love their Sundaes and Brownie Delight and end up ordering either Butter Pecan or Maple Walnut. The staff is super fast and they make the best looking, most tempting ice creams. If you are in this side of the town you must visit.

High quality of icecream gelato , and for for fair prices. The location is beautiful and I love the little patio. Washrooms are available and clean ...overall a great experience especially with kids ❤️

This is a great place to come for ice cream! The staff are always friendly and the ice cream options are plentiful. It is in a prime location on the water, making it a beautiful place for a summer evening to eat ice cream and watch the sunset!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! Practically spent everyday last summer here lol. First of all, the location by the river is lovely. Second of all, there is a huge variety of food, and I got to try a whole bunch of ice cream flavours that I had not ever tried before and it was a very enlightening experience. I also got to try the margarita flavoured and banana flavoured slushies and they were gooooddd, please don’t get rid of those!!!! The only flavours I wish they had were bubblegum and cotton candy hard-serve ice cream since those are two of my all-time favourite flavours and I was kind of surprised they didn’t have them. Third of all, the staff working is always so sweet to me and they make small talk with you when you’re alone in line. Soooooo excited for this place to open in May!!!
